Thank you for your interest in joining the Wings of Women (WOW) Yearly Subscription. By subscribing to the WOW Yearly Membership, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your subscription.

1. Membership Benefits
As a WOW Yearly Member, you will receive the following benefits:

• 10% discount on all WOW events

• 3 complimentary WOW Circle sessions

• 10% discount on Go Webbies services

• 10% discount on Elevate 101

• Networking opportunities with successful entrepreneurs

• Priority access to selected WOW initiatives

2. Membership Duration
Your WOW Yearly Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of subscription and will automatically renew at the end of each term, unless you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Eligibility
WOW Yearly Membership is available to women entrepreneurs who are actively building, growing, and scaling their businesses. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your province or territory to join and remain a member.

4. Fees and Payments
The membership fee is due in full at the time of registration and is non-refundable, except as specified in our cancellation policy. All payments must be made via the payment methods available on the WOW website.

5. Renewal and Cancellation
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month term. You may cancel your membership at any time before the renewal date by providing written notice to WOW. Cancellations made after the renewal date will incur a non-refundable payment for the next term.

6. Discount Usage
Discounts provided as part of your membership are for personal use only and are non-transferable. These discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Discounts apply to eligible products and services and may be subject to exclusions.

7. WOW Events and Sessions
Your 10% discount on WOW events and the three complimentary WOW Circle sessions are subject to availability and may be limited. WOW reserves the right to modify or cancel events and sessions at its discretion. Complimentary sessions must be booked in advance and are non-transferable.

8. Conduct and Participation
As a member, you agree to engage respectfully and professionally within the WOW community, including at events, networking sessions, and on digital platforms. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the community may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

9. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal information will be protected in accordance with the WOW Privacy Policy. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your information. WOW will not share your personal or business details with third parties without your consent, except as required by applicable law.

10. Liability
While WOW offers valuable resources and connections to its members, WOW is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal claim arising from participation in the membership program, events, or other WOW activities. You are solely responsible for the decisions made in your business or personal endeavors.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
WOW reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or posted on the WOW website. Continued use of the WOW membership after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province or territory in which WOW operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with Canadian law and the laws of the relevant province.
